This project was part of a Blended Intensive Programme in Beja, Portugal, from March 30 to April 5, 2025. The project focused on smart cheese production and how software can help track the cheese ripening process.
I worked in an international team with students from Beja and the Technical University of Köln, Germany. My part was to gather data and develop an AI model for tracking cheese ripening.
Collected and organized the data needed to support the AI model and connect the model work to the production tracking goal.
Worked on the AI side of the system, focusing on how the model could help identify and track ripening progress.
Collaborated with team members from Portugal and Germany in a short, intensive project setting.
